You can obtain it by entering a cheat code or getting to the end of Sigma stage 3 without using a armor. Sure, it let's you walk on spikes, but you can't charge special weapons, your walking speed is reduced, and the charge shot sucks. The third is the grea armor, which blows. My favorites are the opening/Mega Man 3 weapon get, The boss theme, Duff Mcwhalen, Squid Alder, Matt Rex, Axle The Red, X Vs Zero, and Sigma's first phase.
